Ken Lam is the Managing Director for networking and technical operation for our IT department, funneling the blockchain technology for crypto currency. Mr Lam brings exceptional leadership and strategic visions to the company based on his experience. He worked his way up starting from a sales representative and ended up as a president of one of the-Mobile Stores. It takes a lot a patience, dedication, and hard work to reach the top of one’s profession and as hard to keep that position. The T-Mobile store which he led was one of the best performance stores in San Gabriel Valley. Nonetheless, his passion in reaching a higher level never ends. Whatever knowledge and technique that he brings to the company will be adequate and so valuable to the team. By being the most valuable player to the team, we are pretty sure that the company will be hitting its goals. He’s made recommendations to and informs Board of Directors of important and relevant factors, data, and other pertinent items. He reviews operating results of the organization, compares them to established objectives, and takes steps to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results. Oversees fiscal activities including budgeting, reporting and audits, and maintains the adequacy and soundness of the organization’s financial structure. He also represents the organization with major customers, shareholders, the financial community, and the public.
