CHIEF EXECUTIVE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
As Senior Director, Mr. Princely will be served by a staff with a great depth of experience in various disciplines. All will report directly to the chain of command as set up by the board concerning their responsibilities. He receives periodic updates and provide guidance to all associated entities. As experienced Senior Business director with a demonstrated history of working in the financial and business development industry for the past 18 years, Mr. Princely has a strong business development sense with a Degree in Law and Psychology. His focus on international business diversities and trade has brought great balance in his approach on business development and as a result, it has encompassed his understanding on collaboration and implementation for business strategies, plans, procedures and executes on comprehensive goals for performance and growth. He and his team plan and directs all investigations and negotiations pertaining to mergers, joint ventures, the acquisition of businesses, or the sale of major assets with approval of the Board of Directors. He also establishes and maintains an effective system of communications throughout the organization. He maintains relationships and interacts with member and non-member cooperatives and companies. And lastly but not the least, he provides leadership and direction in support of safety programs.
